Required Qualifications:

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled and motivated Client Accounting Services Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee and manage accounting services for our clients, ensuring accuracy, compliance, and exceptional service. Your expertise in accounting, strong leadership abilities, and commitment to client satisfaction will be key to your success.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage and oversee client accounting services, including bookkeeping, financial reporting, payroll, and tax compliance.
  • Develop and maintain strong client relationships, acting as the primary point of contact for accounting-related inquiries.
  • Review and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with relevant regulations and standards.
  • Provide strategic financial advice and insights to clients, helping them make informed business decisions.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of accounting professionals, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
  • Implement and maintain efficient accounting processes and systems to improve service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Stay current with industry trends, regulations, and best practices to ensure the highest level of service and compliance.
