About the Role
We are seeking an experienced ERP Specialist with expertise in Pronto Xi to support, optimize, and troubleshoot our ERP system. In this role, you will serve as the subject matter expert for the Pronto Xi ecosystem, ensuring efficient system performance and providing end-user support.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage Pronto Xi ERP implementation, configuration, and troubleshooting.
• Optimize ERP processes and workflows for improved efficiency.
• Provide support and training to end-users.
• Develop and maintain system documentation, reports, dashboards, and BI tools.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience with Pronto Xi ERP implementation, support, and troubleshooting.
• Bachelor’s degree in IT or relevant ERP certifications.
• Familiarity with the Pronto Xi ecosystem, including reports, dashboards, and BI tools.
• Experience in a resource-based or manufacturing environment is a plus.
