Geotechnical Project Manager
Required Qualifications:
- 3-5 years of management experience in Geotechnical Engineering and Project Management.
- Pre-construction sales experience.
- PE (Professional Engineer) preferred, but EIT (Engineer in Training) close to obtaining PE with Geotechnical PM experience will be considered.
- Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering; Master’s degree in Geotechnical Engineering preferred.
- Strong communication and public speaking skills.
- Outgoing personality with a focus on sales and client interaction.
- Comfortable multitasking and managing multiple projects simultaneously.

Location: Braintree, MA (New England Area)
Duration: Full-Time Permanent
Salary: Up to $140,000 Annually (Salary commensurate with experience)

Job Description:
Our esteemed client is seeking an experienced Geotechnical Project Manager to join their pre-construction estimating, sales, and management team in the New England area. This dynamic role involves managing ground improvement projects using technologies such as Geopier®, Rigid Inclusions, Rapid Impact Compaction, and Vibratory Probe Compaction.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain relationships with General Contractors, Consultants, and Owners for business development.
- Manage 40-60 projects in various stages from early estimating to final proposal and negotiation.
- Attend industry events and conduct lunch and learn sessions for business development.
- Collaborate with Construction Design Engineers and Construction Project Managers.
- Provide strong follow-up, people management, time management, and problem-solving skills.
