About the Role

We are seeking a skilled Transaction Advisory Manager to lead buy-side and sell-side engagements, provide financial and due diligence support, and drive complex transaction advisory projects. This urgent, direct placement opportunity is ideal for a dynamic professional with a US CPA designation and strong transaction services experience from a reputable CPA firm.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead transaction advisory engagements, including due diligence and financial analysis.
  • Analyze target company data to identify trends, quality of earnings, working capital, liabilities, and risks.
  • Develop tailored advisory analyses (e.g., normalized earnings, valuation model assumptions, carve-out financials).
  • Document key findings in comprehensive reports.
  • Interface with clients and build successful relationships.
  • Supervise and mentor a team of up to 6 professionals.
  • Collaborate with senior management on larger engagements.

  • Work Environment: Able to work hybrid in the Atlanta office and travel as needed (approx. 15%).
